The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program as a referrer (“you” or “referrer”) who refers new customers to purchase products or services from Mokwheel (“we” or “merchant”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to use it in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a participant or use the Program.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY registration to our Referral Program at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

2. Referral Links and Rewards

A unique referral link will be automatically generated for you. When someone clicks your link and makes a purchase, the order will be attributed to you. If a customer clicks multiple referral links, the most recent one will take credit.

You may also be assigned a referral code with specific details outlined in your dashboard. If a customer both clicks your link and uses your code, you will not receive duplicate rewards.

Referrers can share their referral links on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or via email, private messages, and other channels.

3. Rewards and Payment

For every successful purchase made through your referral link, you will earn a referral reward based on our Reward Policy. Rewards are calculated on the order value (excluding tax, shipping, and other extra fees).

Payments will be sent via PayPal by us once the referral order passes the 15-day holding period (to ensure no refunds). If the order is canceled, refunded, or results in a chargeback, no reward will be paid.

4. Marketing Materials

We may provide you with promotional resources (banners, logos, product images, etc.) which you can download from the Marketing Tool section or use as approved content for sharing.

5. Cookie Tracking

We use cookies to track referrals. If a customer disables cookies or clears their browser cookies, we cannot track their activity or attribute the order to your referral.

The cookie duration is stated in the Referral Program registration form. Within the cookie validity period, any order made by the referred customer will automatically generate a reward for you.

6. Removal from the Program

If you wish to leave the Referral Program, you can contact us at support@mokwheel.com.
